At Generation Church, our kids (infant through 5th grade) experience safe and age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.
We believe that the future of our church is dependent on our children. We place a strong emphasis on our kid's ministry and pouring into the next generations. Our heart is to see children growing and developing in their relationship with the Lord and leading others around them to Christ.
Here's what to expect when visiting GenKids for the first time:
First, find the area marked for first-time families. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our Serve Team members will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Child's name
- Child's birthdate
- Home address
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
In GenKids, we want kids to love reading their Bible. The Bible is living and active, full of promises to encourage and give us hope, and holds stories of God’s provision and faithfulness. But discovering which Bible is the best for your child can be hard. If you need a place to start, these are a few Bibles we like.
Shop NowIn GenKids, we partner with you throughout your child's journey in walking with Christ by Child Dedication. This is where your child will build a spiritual foundation that lasts, make a decision to follow Christ, and show an outward expression of an inward decision for Christ.
In GenKids, we partner with you throughout your child's journey in walking with Christ by Baptisms. The act of baptism is symbolic of salvation by faith; that is, dying to the old self and rising to the newness of the life we have in Christ. It is an act of obedience in response to the Holy Spirit’s renewing work in his/her life.
